At first you won’t even notice that they are waves because, all the waves are going to be so close together and it’s going to feel like you are drowning in sorrow. This is how to keep your mind healthy during in pain?, the fact is you might not be able to get any air, and like you are not going to be able to escape that sadness and darkness in your life, that’s what the waves feels like at first.
Somehow at some point there is going to be little bit of a Break, little bit of light in the dark, something to make you smile and something is going to make you laugh. Later on the pain and sorrow is going to come back, you might not be able to have control over it. Like all of a sudden you are just going to be crying uncontrollable, like you are going to say that; you are in the light now, am smiling right now am not going back in the darkness anymore, like you won’t be able to control it and that’s scary.
You are at the mercy of ocean of sorrow, but don’t let that scary you. that wave is going to subside, the wave will become weaker and weaker, when you feel a little bit of a brake, what you can do is to roll the boat, sail on it, what that means is to start doing something productive to get your mind moving forward, lets sort out the drawers in the bathroom, lets vacuum, lets exercise, let’s do something productive. If there is something that distract your mind that’s fine it’s okay do it, let there be some calm in the water, and watch the creek of the ocean as it flows and you go along to wherever it takes you to, and then go on and keep moving, live your life don’t forget does waves are going to come, there is still going to be pain and still sorrow, but you should go and live your life, live it well and make the people that loves you also yourself proud, this is how to live your life when drowning in pain.
